Every Appointment that we reserve for you is a time we value highly. Every person who books at The Beauty House is responsible for their own appointment times, we send out text reminders email reminders. If you need to reschedule or cancel, PLEASE call, email, text or go to your Fresha account to cancel 48 hours before your appointment time to ensure we can call the cancellation list to fill the spot.
If you are sick or have a family emergency, we understand, but please let us know at your earliest convenience.

This is a reminder of our 48 hour cancellation policy. We ask for 48 hours to give us ample time to fill the cancelled spot. If you cannot give us 48 hours notice, there will be a 30% fee on your next appointment. Thank you.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
