Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At The Beauty House Sidney, we value every appointment as it represents both your time and our commitment as a small business.

Each guest is responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments. To help, we send appointment reminders via text and email as a courtesy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone, email, text message, or through your Fresha account at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to clients on our cancellation list.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate being notified as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide a smooth, welcoming experience for all of our guests.

Policies

Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
