To help you remember, we send text and email reminders.If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us via phone, email, text, or your Fresha account at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on our cancellation list.

Policies
Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
