Every Appointment that we reserve for you is time we value as a small business. Every person who books at The Beauty House is responsible for their own appointment times, we send out text reminders and email reminders. If you need to reschedule or cancel, PLEASE call, email, text or go to your Fresha account to cancel 48 hours before your appointment time to ensure we can call the cancellation list.
